Innovation – Entrepreneurship – Globalization

To maintain its global competitiveness and economic growth, Japan must advance e-business through strategic use of information technology. Yet, the supporting infrastructure and policies remain underdeveloped.

The Japan e-Business Association (JeBA) was founded in February 2010 to strengthen the nation’s competitiveness by promoting internet and e-business expansion. In June 2012, it became the Japan Association of New Economy (JANE) to address broader industrial innovation.

JANE drives policy discussions and proposals to foster fair competition, digital innovation, efficient governance, civic participation, and regional revitalization.
